Kiss FM is driven by the pure love and passion of its owners, Timmy and Kate. In an industry that is heavily under attack as a whole, Kiss FM has many challenges. Aside from fierce competition, they also have a complex set up and over 150 members of staff / DJs.
This is where Lightworker Digital came in. Already on air for 10 years, we worked with Kiss to renew their website and turn it into a truly global listening platform. This was then monetized in a variety of innovative ways which generated huge increases in predictable revenue.
After the digital revamp LWD then set its sights on formalizing, and implementing clear and easy to track training for both new and existing DJs. This all helped to ensure standards were maintained on-air while creating consistency and regularity across all of their social media platforms.
